Allow us to staff and diversify your workplace!
As a non-profit organization doing resettlement work for refugees and asylees in the State of New Jersey, we have qualified, reliable and dedicated workers. They are productive and loyal employees, eager to begin a new life with a level of enthusiasm rarely found in the mainstream workforce. Our clients boast a higher retention rate when hired.
Since all our clients are given Refugee and Asylee status by the U.S. government, all our clients are perfectly legal to live and work in the United States.
We pre-screen and match our clients based on your needs.
Job Readiness
We prepare our clients to meet the demands of the U.S. job market. We require all our clients to attend job readiness classes that cover the following: 1) Resume Building; 2) Job Interview Skills; 3) Job Search Techniques; 4) Culture in the American Workplace; 5) Customer Service.
We also provide our clients Computer Literacy courses to equip them with practical applications of computers in the work place as well as use of the internet.
Our clients also attend the Financial Literacy Seminar where they are introduced to the U.S. financial products and services, how to build and maintain good credit, how to prevent identity theft and creating and maintaining a personal budget.
Received Tax Credits
Some of our clients may be eligible under the Work Opportunity Tax Credit. We can assist you to avail of the credits by coordinating with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
Reimburse Wages Paid
You can reimburse 100% gross wages paid under the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development’s (NJDLWD) WorkPAYS on the Job Training Program if eligible workers are hired through June 30, 2010, and ending September 30, 2010.
You can also avail of NJDLWD’s Return to Work (RTW) or the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Wage Reimbursement Programs. Under this program, you may receive a 50% reimbursement of gross wages for a period ranging from 4 to 26 weeks, depending on the job occupation title with the OJT Program. We can arrange for a representative from the NJDLWD to explain the programs in detail. Most of our clients are eligible under these programs.
