The Employer Services (ES) of the International Institute of New Jersey caters to both clients (job seekers) and employers. The ES prepares the client to face the challenges of the current job market as well as match the personnel needs of the industries.
To prepare the clients, the ES conducts regular Job Readiness classes designed to empower them to be able to land a decent job. The clients learn how to build their resumes, gain confidence to face job interviews, know job search techniques and the use of technology. We shepherd the clients from job application to interview and, if necessary, to their first day reporting for work.
We work closely with employers to identify the skill set needed for the available position. We then match the required skills from the pool of clients who are willing and able to work. Upon hiring, we coordinate with employers to monitor our clients’ progress. We also ask the employers if they need our help in honing the potential of the clients.
Job Readiness Classes: Every first, second and third Wednesday of the month 9.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.
Financial Literacy Classes: Every second Wednesday of the month 9.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.
All classes are free of charge.
